Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

How cancellations, refunds, trials and plan changes work — in plain terms.

Cancellation

You can cancel your ScaleCRM subscription at any time from your account settings. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term — all plans are month-to-month.

Cancellation stops future billing. You keep access to the platform until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which the account closes.

Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable for partial billing periods. Because cancelling leaves your access running to the end of the paid period, you receive the full month you paid for.

If you believe you have been charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or a charge on the wrong plan — contact hello@scalecrm.cloud within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund where the charge was incorrect.

Usage-based charges already incurred, such as SMS, call minutes and email sends, are not refundable, as those costs are passed through to carriers and providers.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you have that cannot be excluded. If you are a consumer rather than a business, you may have additional cancellation rights under consumer protection law.

Free trials

Free trial accounts are not charged until the trial ends and a paid plan begins, unless stated otherwise at signup. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial period ends. We will not charge you for a trial you cancelled in time.

Upgrades and downgrades

You can change plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we charge the difference for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date, so you keep the higher plan's features until then.

Downgrading may reduce limits such as the number of funnels, workflows or sub-accounts. Make sure you are within the lower plan's limits before downgrading, as content above the limit may become inaccessible.

Failed payments

If a payment fails we will attempt to charge again and notify you. If the balance remains unpaid, we may suspend access until it is settled, and may close the account if it stays unpaid.

Your data after cancellation

You can export your data before cancelling, and we will make it available for a limited period after your account closes. After that it may be permanently deleted. Export anything you need to keep before you cancel.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Raising a chargeback before contacting us may result in the account being suspended while the dispute is handled. Reach us at hello@scalecrm.cloud.
